a chinese man was about to travel to his homeland for a visit and was in a british postoffice to exchange some money for his trip, i want to change �500 he says, the clerk says you will get 3000 yen, the chinaman says ,my friend came in here last month to change �500 and he got 4000 yen how is that????? the clerk replies well that will be FLUCTUATIONS, the chinaman replies in that case F**K YOU WHITE PEOPLE TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
