A couple of months back I read an article in the Daily Mirror about scientific experiments you could do at home. One of them involved freezing a bottle of water in less than a minute. Could anyone tell me if there's a website that shows how to do these, or if anyone remembers the one about the water, could you tell me what it was?

Thanks
