You forgot Michelle - her with the unbelievably shiney hair!!I must admit I saw Claire last night and she has really blossomed. Even the "old birds" - Sally and Gail are looking better these days. Even Fizz looked nice the other night when she was fliring with the teacher!! Emmerdale also has its fair share, Enders definately lucks out..

The reason the Corrie girls are prettier is simple: THEY ARE NORTHERN GIRLS.

From a girls point of view I think Carly from Eastenders is really beautiful (though she can't act for sh!t), and agree Dr May is also very attractive, as is Chelsea. So while there may be a vaster number of attractive females in Coronation street, the calibre of the attractive girls in Eastenders is higher.

You have to remember the Eastenders actresses are at a disadvantage. They're made up to look dowdy and miserable, just like their programme.

As for Northern girls being prettier - oh dear me, that's a good one. Have you never seen the Jeremy Kyle show? ;-)

yer I mean at least enders is a bit more real. (apart from storylines) come on have you seen what half them woman wear just to work in a knicker factory :-)

I think the difference is that Eastenders always make their stars look tarty (Kat, Stacey Slater, Dawn) or a bit frumpy. I know that is to do with their character but they're always the same. Coronation Street stars always look fashionable and stylish.
