Vacuum Cleaner.

My Dyson has just blown up. Only had it a year or so!! It has to be fairly compatable with wooden flooring aswell as carpets and light (ish) as my cleaner is quite old.

Any ideas, because as clever as I am, I really have no idea.

I'll have to say that Dyson vacuums are crap. The amount of returns we see per day is just rediculous.

As for another vacuum, why not try either :

Miele S4211 or Miele S5210.

These topped the testing charts for the reviews in Which! magazine and I own a S4211 and I've had no trouble with it.

As for a Henry, I wouldn't bother with it. Unless you just like to have it for company and maybe open a bottle with.
