I sorry to hear that your struggling with relaxing,I have a few pointers. 1. Do not revise later than 20.00 hours there is no need if you revise every day .
2.If you have a dog, take it for a nice long relaxing stroll,if not take yourself.
3.Take a hot bath and put in your essential oils e.g lavender is a good one renound for making you sleepy!
4.Take one day out of the week to do something you enjoy (not getting ******!!!!)
5.If you have a close friend or a family member then talk to them........thats what they are there for.
REMEMBER ITS NOT AS BAD AS IT SEEMS.
Best of luck and most importantly enjoy yourself life is too short to have this type of anxiety. :)
