Could anybody advise on what would be my course of action for a dental implant that has broken. The manufacturers of the implant have taken photographs, but I have heard nothing from them. My dentist says he has contacted them to no avail. This was 11 months ago.

See a solicitor to sue for a refund, but only if you feel the implant was below expected quality.
