Fancy yourself as a music writer?
Twisted Ear (www.twistedear.com) is looking for new contributors. We have been around for just over a year and have forged links with lots of record companies and PR folk, which means we get a shedload of great promos, opportunities to interview all sorts of musicians and bands and the chance to go to plenty of gigs.
We want to expand our team and we're looking for newshounds, album and gig reviewers and feature writers. Or people who want to be all four.
Interested? Then send us some samples of your music-related published work, if you have any. We only accept album reviews because we can't really judge what sort of a critic you are from interviews or gig reviews. We also ask that all submissions are at least 500 words and no more than 1000 words. If you don't have any published work, then send us a review of an album from your collection that's not already on the site - we will publish it if your application is successful.
Any questions? Something to send us? Then email [email protected].
