if the house is signed over to the power of attourney can they keep the house when the owner dies or do they have to share it with other people mentioned in the will.??

the person or persons has no right whatsoever to anything,unless stated in the will,all a power of attourney does is make sure everything is done properly and signed for, mostly its a solicitor who has power or a friend or close relative,but they are not entitled to a penny unless they are mentioned in the will.
