Does the windows machine have USB ports? If so, the easiest way will be to get a usb flash drive,

and then use that to transfer your files across. Put stuff on that from the windows machine, then connect it to the Mac and copy the stuff across.

Unless you have a current Intel Mac /with Windows installed you won't be able to open any .exe files.....
