MM and MK Links and Rules

Well, the second week of the reign of gen2 is upon us and I (foolishly) promised to have a go at setting out the Rules of the Links Games (time permitting)! Very briefly, we pay homage to gen2 as the Laird of the Links simply because he scored more points than anyone else playing MM throughout the Month of May. His reward? He gets to set four words every Saturday morning (at 9.00 am) for the current month and we need to predict his link words that he has chosen in the style of the TV game of "Blankety Blank".

Each Entrant tries to predict his four links and each effort is scored according to a set of rules. To make things a little easier, predictions are limited in length of words (4 to 8 letters please). How are points awarded?

Storms terrible. We had a flood in the bedroom and spent a lot of time cleaning that up. The windows were shut very tightly as the a/c had been on, but the rain was so heavy and the wind so strong that is just came right thought triple glazing. We're still trying to figure out the how and the why. HYdro has been restored and hopefully the night will end on a dryer note.

First big loud laugh out of Mr. O this week was when he seen your cartoon of the woman multi-tasking. It was great to hear him laugh. Thanks for that.

evsajo....you are quite close!! Can't believe it! I am 5'2'' 9small)..but ...Dark brown hair around 9 stone....and TRY to smile a lot!!! :-)....goodnight, sleep well and see you tomorrow!

You all went to bed and left me alone and I wasn't going anywhere tonight so I did work on The Week and did it all bar 3 words down in the right-hand corner. Quickest time ever, but have asked on AB for help with one clue which might then let me finish in record time.
