Is this camcorder good enough?

SAMSUNG D362 Digital Camcorders

it costs �80 which is in my price range, but im not sure weather it will be good quality or turn out to be really rubbish, i want one i can connect to my computer via usb aswell...can someone have a look at explain the quality to me please? I want to use it for recording, putting the recording on my laptop then editing it, will this camcorder be able to do that?

Well, looking at the spec on the Samsung site, it seems that you will need USB for still images, and firewire to transfer movies. For the price, it looks like a really good buy.
