what causes a rabbit to have a stroke

can anyone help, my rabbit has had a stroke but i dont know why have been on the net but cant find anything. does anyone know what causes them

Not saying that your bunny had this, but one reason could that when a rabbit is given unsuitable food for a long time.
The second reason is not uncommon; the hutch is made out of iron - corrugated or rolled sheet - and becomes extremely hot in the sun.

has the vet diagnosed a stroke? I only ask as a lot of rabbits get a middle ear infection which can cause a head tilt to one side and imbalance and it can look like a stroke.
