Song title help (don't really know what the lyrics are)

If anyone can help,that would be great.I've been hearing like 10 seconds of a song for months when I'm in shops etc and I still can't find out what it is.
The lyrics are something like.

Na na na (repeated kind of like an answer)
ooooh we (repeated like an answer)
lots of people say it?
lots of people do it?

That's the only bit I seem to catch! Help!
