how can i get rid of fleas on my dog and in my house? She has been treated with 2spot on" treatment and carpets with spray and powder but they have survivied! Help!

Have you had the flea tratement from the vets or a pet shop? The stuff the vet sells is much more effective than anything you can get from a pet shop. Vets also sell spray to get them from your house.

Frontline on the dog and Indorex house spray will do the trick - it is what the vet would sell you, but cheaper on line

just a tip from an enviromental helath officer I know, hoover the carpet before you put the spray on, it lifts the fleas out of the carpet.
Environmental health offer a service if you have a real problem but they do charge.

Another tip - if you use flea collars and they are too big, when you cut off the excess put it in your hoover bag, so when you hoover up any eggs they are exterminated when they hatch out!

will try the flea collar tip - will try anything at this stage! even thought of getting myself a flea collar!!
