Hows all in the world of Q and P?

Ok, it would appear 10 posts in 5 minutes was not enough for many of you quick fingered, quick thinking Q and P fans so to prevent any further suspensions how does 20 posts in 5 minutes sound?...starting from NOW! :o )

But ... a shilling in the meter would be nice too ....we are getting "timed out " an awful lot when submitting answers .Not just in here but across the whole of AB. I think this is why people are getting suspended because they repeatedly press the submit button in frustration.

Good idea - if we are only trying to help others it does seem a bit unfair that we had to limit our help

Morning Ed ... this message possibly refers to my access being denied recently.

An e-mail was then forwarded to you querying the situation, and I must admit to being pleasantly surprised to receive a reply and re-admission to the fold within a matter of hours ... and all this during the weekend when I assumed there would be no managers in situ.

As I said in my reply to you Ed .. there was absolutely no way that I posted that rapidly, and I don't believe this is ever likely to happen with myself or other Q&P'ers!

However, an increase to the allowance is obviously acceptable, and I would like to express my gratitude at the speedy response in revoking my previous sentence.

I do agree with Shaney that there is a definite problem with getting 'timed out'. I prepare an answer and it sometimes takes 3 or 4 clicks on the submit button before the post is accepted.

I was having that problem big time all last night until the site finally collapsed and went off air around midnight. It hasn't happened again this morning, though.

Perhaps it's just me , but why have any limit on this section ? 99% of the people are sensible and don't or would not post just for the sake of posting . May apply to other sections on her , but people here genuinely need help or are being helpful . Late hours may mean only 1 or 2 people are available to answer any questions . ED , relax any limit but don't tell anyone you have done please ! Thanks for reading this . Regards
