Two questions, is David Tennant returning for series 4, & when will series 4 be on T.V.?

dont know abougt tennant but i would think the s4 would air in april '08.

Tennant will be in the next series, and will leave at the end of it.
As Mattk says, it is most likely that the next series will start around the same time as this one did.
We have the Christmas Special to look forward to, and I dare say there will be a sneeky peek at the end of Saturday's episode.
There is over 3 hours of Who this Saturday...
Totally Doctor Who followed by The Infinite Quest from 10am on BBC2
and The Weakest Link Doctor Who Special and a 50minute final episode of Doctor Who from 6.15pm on BBC ONE.
