charging order..

I'm on a DMP, expecting creditors to put charging orders on my home.Can they force me to sell my home?
I have five children and i'm really scared.

You dont need to worry. In order to get you to sell the creditors have to go to court. No judge in the land is going to make 5 children homeless. The charging order is there for when you do sell your house, you will have to settle the CO's first.

If it helps go to the CAB and get some advise.
I would like to point out that families with young children do have their homes repossessed due to mortgage arrears and bad debt.

As long as you stick to the terms of the DMP you should be ok - speak to the people who are dealing with this. They should be able to reassure you.
