Married to stay in the UK
My wife has just left me and told me that she only married me to stay in the UK. We have been married since 2004 but she has just got her right to remain in the UK under a year ago I would love to see her get sent back for doing this, Is there anything I could do? And do you think she will still be allowed to stay in the UK?

He was devastated as we had warned him not to marry her.
As far as I know she is still here, despite him letting Croydon immigration know.
Also I remember she told him, she had no kids, next thing we knew was that 3 kids came up from Jamaica.

Her leave to remain could get taken away if it can be proven that she only married you to stay here. Is there any way you can prove it? Or is there anything else that she failed to tell immigration at the time of coming here or applying for the leave to remain? That would help them be able to take the leave to remain away from her.
Where abouts do you live? There maybe somewhere more appropriate to send ithe letter than Croydon..

I can't prove it as it would me my word agents her, I live in kent and it was croydon that done all her paperwork, the only thing i can think of that she lied about was her last address as she put her mum's address as she owed rent money at her last address that was in America and she left without paying it
It's unlikely there is anything you could do now without any proof. Try contacting your local Immigration Office though for advice:
