Can someone use the copyrighted material of another "artist", gives said "artist" credit, in their own copyrighted graphics?as in.... Artwork�thatguy TagDesign�thisguy

I have seen credits similar to that you describe, but you need permission from the original artist - you can't just use their work and credit them.
