Recording Device

Can anyone recommend a cheap, portable, silent, recording device, that has a 2 hour recording capacity. Maybe something with it's own hard drive.Is there such a thing available?

I know recording without the other person knowing is a bit of a 'dodgy' area, but I would like to record a meeting I am attending, but obviously do not want others to know that I am secretly recording things.
