revisited my youth. Went with mrs to Guiseley had fish n chips at the original Harry Ramsdens. Then to Ilkley wnet to cow and calf rocks. Off to Addingham where I used to go camping with my dad when I was 13. Went to Bolton Abbey and walked to the strid on the river wharfe. Absolute fantastic day, it is 49 years since I was camping at Addingham.

The field was owned by Mr Griffiths who had a business in the mill called Olicana windscreens, he made them for police motor cycles. Velocette L10.s.

Thanks mamma, it was brill. I walked in the field next to the river that I fished in when I was 13. I caught a trout then and cooked it.


The mill is now flats, the country lanes are dual carriageways.

Hi doc its so nice that you are using your retierment in such a usefull way some people would just roll over and forget about life but you really seem to love it and you do get around a lot and you have my utmost respect for that.
When I grow up I wanna be just like you (oh s@it I only have 10 years to go now before im 62) but doc just please go on and live your life doing the things that you want to and keep us all posted on here you are cool my man
