I posted this in B&F but no response as yet - anyone her know?? I understand that if bank's do not supply your statements within a certain time frame from the request, they are liable to a fine from the FSA. Is this is true and if so: 1. How long is the time frame? 2. What is the potential fine? I am researching this for an atircle with a deadline looming so any info greatly appreciated.

Hi, might help to have a look at www.moneysavingexpert.com see if it comes up with anything. I saw some stuff about asking for copies of statements which were for the refund of the bank charges!
