I miss my parents

I never thought I'd say this but I really miss my parents.I moved out a few months ago in the middle of my exams and moved in with my girlfriend. I loved my independance and not having to put up with the constant arguments.Now my girlfriend and I have moved to London and are living in her holiday flat for the time being but are hoping to buy a new house there as soon as we sell our one in Wales.
However I have really started to miss my parents. I'm only just turned 18 and think I still need them.I don't want to cut them out of my life forever which is what my gf wants me to do.HELP!

I am beginning to have little thinks as to what is the point in posting witty insults in foreign languages. I am wondering if it has less to do with insults per se, as with oh look how clever am I, I can speak multiple languages.
