Hi thugulike
its a land registry tribubal. i am the respondant and my ex partner is the applicant who is trying to claim a beneficial interest in a property he sold 2/5 years ago. apparently he has failed to fill in his application questionaire, so im just wondering what one is and what will be the consequences for not filing it.
