Why does water appear to be collecting within the passenger door of a car?

It's a Ford Fiesta 2004 and after it's been raining for some reason water collects within the car door. You can hear it sloshing around whilst driving. Then for no reason at all, it'll suddenly empty through a minute gap at the bottom of the door.

Any suggestions?

Probably just a blocked drainage hole. Take the doorcard off and cleam out any muck that has accumulated at the bottom of the door. That hole yo see it come out of eventually should be draining continuously, not letting it out in one go.
Open the door and stick a small screwdriver in the holes you will find on the underside. That should clear it.
