KM Links Game - July week 4 & Final Results

Look no further, Aquagility - here is just the right spot for those pearls of wisdom you're trying to find a home for and when you do, then I'll do my bit and everything will be nice and tidy - wonder what Kate has in store this time around, last couple have been pretty ordinary so I'm hoping for a huge score all round to finish off the month

I'm afraid that those of you who are keen to get at today's Herculis will be disappointed. In my view not at all up to standard - in fact it reminded me of the early weeks of Kate's compilership.

Must do better, Kate! We like a bit of a challenge.

And another month's competition bites the dust - after another bout of 'quiet scoring' this is how it all panned out

First out of the blocks wasyours truly with Half Hunter, followed by cliffyg and Double Eagle, next was Grenmus and Cabin Crew and finally rogerr with Char Grill and there went the bonus points for this week

An executive decision [ my own ] I decided to award Char grilled selectors a point each for being very close but again we were faced with quite a variety of possibilities and in most cases headed off in the wrong direction !!! so scores were a bit light on the ground

patchett, Eiggam & newcomer miss meg all scored 2 points with correct matches and there were a number of single point scorers, namely Alibobs, kettledrum, Jools et Jim, Christiana, Arabesque, baboon boy, merched, wickedtongue, cpfcrosiel, ChrisHewat, masterchef, magseegee, cgoody, brizzer & keyboardix

but the best of the lot was rogerr who with her 2 points, picked up a third to put her right at the top of the heap for July - a total of 7 points makes you Mastermind of the month.

In second place with 6 points each - slaney & seekeerz, next, with 5 points each - Christiana & Grenmus
with 4 points - cliffyg, jan1956, patchett & masterchef,
with 3 points - kettledrum, lysander, Alibobs, keyboardix, Arabesque, Muzz & ShazzaHewat
with 2 points - devadiva, Magyar, wickedtongue, Eiggam, brizzer, ChrisHewat & Meadow Lane

Congratulations everyone, very well done in what was a tricky month - think Kate has wised up to the scheme, now we have to go one better - so back again next weekend, to begin again, with a final hurrah for rogerr !!!

I don't know, - if I was me, I'd sack me and quick smart too !!!

I've managed to leave some most deserving people out of the main scoring for the month so will make amends, forthwith

Jools[of JimJools] scored a total of three points for the month, Dinkypuzzled, merched, Jim [ other half of JimJools]gen2,cheshunt, cpfcrosiel& last but by no means least, my mentor crofter all scored 2 points- groveling apologies to all of the above - think I need spanking with that wooden spoon [ and I can almost guarantee this will all come out bold, too] so I'm away for a restorative cuppa - might creep back later when fur has settled !!!
