monthly mortgage payments

I am thinking of selling my house,im due to get about �40,000 after fees and everything.I have seen a house for �145,000,i will put a �20,000 deposit on it making it �125,000.What will be the monthly payments realistically on this over 25 years? Thanks in advance.
