How can I send a Western Union Money Order to somebody in the US, I don't have a credit card so I can't use services like bidpay.

You can use PayPal withdrawing funds from a bank account, as opposed to a credit card. I'd give a family member with a credit card cash to use theirs - western union is NOT secure for sending to people you don't know, and their claims of reimbursion are far-fetched.
