does any one know who created what i believe was a radio show where there a boy and his dog ( samson i think) who used a magic spinning top to take them round to new places and meet different cartoon characters. there was a funky song sung about each one, and they included the likes of rupert bear, the hare bare bunch, the woolif, the space cadets, penlipy pitstop, noddy, and bugsbunny. I seem be the only person who ever heard it.

It was an LP called ( I think ) "Spin a Magic Tune".

I had the LP as a kid.
