Anti bark collars wlil work for some dogs and for others for a short while till they get used to it, while on others they have no effect whatsoever, but to be honest there are no 'remote control' ones that will do any good. You need to discover what is making the dogs bark, my neighbour complains that mine bark , but they do so at the birds which land on the fence and adjacent roof but the neighbour feeds the birds on his shed roof right next to my fence so unless he stops feeding the birds right next to them then I am afraid they will continue to bark while I am not there. Also lots of people round me have cats and they walk along my fence again making my dogs bark. They are not left out all day and night to howl and bark, but they are dogs and dogs do bark at things like cats. They also bark when someone brings a wheelie bin up the alley alongside my garden, but I do not tell them off for that, as I want them to let me know if anyone is around. As leelapops says, have a chat with the neighbour and see if you can explain when they are causing a nuisance and try to work something out.
