where can i buy a necklace like the 1 roxy wears in casualty?

I take it you mean the one that has the leather band with the silver letters "ROXY"? Well I have only seen these made up to order as you wait with whatever you want on it in my local Hounslow shopping centre. A jewellery stall that comes round every 3 months or so.
