Is there anyone on here who would buy one? The idea behind it is good but why not just buy a slim crimbo tree instead? Or do like we do and use half of an artificial tree and put it in a pot. Hardly takes up any room!
I just can't get over how funny it looks!
BTW I don't expect any answers to this till we get nearer to December, I'm just way too orgnaised! ;o)
I'm fine thanx, looking forward to a few days away next week!
I've usually made my xmas cards by now but haven't had time this year. I love christmas and the build up to it so have been scanning the Studio catalogue to see if they have any bargains or cute christmassy things and came across this tree! I thought they had put the picture in upside down to begin with!
I can see the point of it, and it probably would be more practical, the Christmas Tree is not that old a tradition i suppose and not based on the Religious Part of out traditional Christmas, i think if we can have red , black, purple trees, like we have seent his last few years, there is no reason this one can;t catch on, actually last year in the shop they had orange Christmas trees, they were just wrong.
I tried to convince my husband about having a black and silver themed xmas this year just so that I could put this on top of the tree! Just where would you stick the angel when your tree is upside down? ;o) lol
Oh dear B00, sorry to hear that :o(
I hope it's nothing too serious!
If you've already posted about it, point me in the right direction so I can catch up.
Whatever it is, you've kept your sense of humor and you can usually guarantee a giggle when you join a thread :o)
Don't worry if we go for a walk on the beach I'll make my husband go in front, if he falls I'll know not to go any further!! ;o)
no, i haven't posted it anywhere else, i'm scared of folks complaining that all i'm doing is b1tching about my wrist, which in reality is what i'm doing, but they haven't cottoned on yet ;-)
jno- ahhh yeah, silly us, thank gawd the voice of reason (ie you) was around to point us in the right direction- we nearly made a faux pas there wingy girl, think we got away with it though, no sod will venture to this section till at least November and it'll be long gone by then.
If i was you, i'd make mr wingy AND the kids walk infront of you wingy- can't be too careful!!
ahh ok thought I may have missed you saying elsewhere. I think you have a right to b!tch about it B00! a broken wrist isn't something to be taken lightly and you shouldn't suffer in silence woman!!
If it were me everyone would be suffering! Esp Mr Wingnut! and he knows it! lol
Well you take care and don't feel you can't say on here, your always more than welcome to use one of my threads to moan about it I wouldn't mind :o)
