I haven't been bad with constipation, but I am have been having Bran flakes with raisins for brekkie, salad for lunch and healthy meals in the evenings. That was until the past few days when I am finding it hard to eat anything at all. I am feeling constantly icky, and don't fancy anything to eat at all. The thought of food is now making me want to heave.
Anyway, enough of my whinging, I can't answer your question I'm afraid regarding whether you can use suppositries, but I though I would just say hi and that you are not alone; I am a hormonal witch from hell, with enormous, painful boobs who only stays awake for about half an hour a day. Hopefully, this should stop in a few weeks :-) (that's what my fella is hoping anyway)

I have found eating little and often a great help with morning sickness. Its not a cure, but it does help. For example, if I start feeling a little queasey, I have a piece of fruit or a yoghurt, or even a bar of chocolate or a packet of crisp.
As for the constipation, you do have to be careful what you take. Have you tried prunes or prune juice? You could also ask at your doctor/midwife/chemist what you can take thats safe but effective.
