I have just purchased a Toshiba L40-10x Laptop computer in the UK, and I would like to know if I can use it in Florida USA. I will be spending a few months there and will want to subscribe to a USA Internet Provider. Can anyone foresee any problems?

The only problem will be the difference in voltage.
USA is 110v as opposed to 240 v in England.
You can buy a voltage converter at a reasonable price to take with you.
samsong7 is correct, however, if you check your laptop, it will probably have a power supply that coverts the entire range of voltages, then you would only need a plug conveter to adapt the plug from 3 pin down to 3 and thats only a few pounds.
