I have one of these, and am planning to travel with my boyfrind soon, does he need one too or would one cover both of us?

You need one each - they have personal details on, name and date of birth for example. And you also need to give the national insurance number of the person whose card it is.

'Someone in work' is confusing it with the old E111 form it replaced where one form covered a family.

Still wouldn't have covered a boyfriend though.

Thanks, I was told that one would cover the whole household (which would include my bf and myself), which is obviously wrong, I'll make sure he gets his own
