i drank 2 glasses of water which is poisonous with E coli yesterday (by mistake) and im really scared now that i might get ill with it..

anyone give me any information?/advice?

If you're friend was for real I'm guessing she has just had the same conversation as my dear old mum did a few years back about paying him to fit an all singing all dancing water purifier thingy to her pipes and the most crystal clear will come out, because at the moment she shouldn't be drinking her tap water.
