renault clio

my renault clio only starts when it feels like it. t reg model. this seems to be a common problem with this model. plenty of battery power and starter turns engine but no kick in. then if left for 5 mins starts ok. help please.

Try a new crank shaft position sensor . usually brake down when the engine is hot . then start again when left to cool down . hope this helps

thanks big bri for your answer to my re nault clio problem but I forgot to mention that when its in non start mode you cant even bump start it . It wont even start from pushing it, so could it be the plugs.?
