This has been wracking my brain, did some in the Eighties have the catch phrase 'Too Risky'? I think it was some one like Roland Rat but I am unable to confirm that.

cant for the life of me remember who it was but it was definately a catchphrase kind of said like this  tooooo wisky!  Dont think it was Roland, more like one of those early saturday evening type comedy bods.
Wasnt someone like Michael Barrymore was it?  I know his catchphrase was  Awight, but ive got a feeling it was someone like him.
I think Jim Davidson used to say it when portraying one of his *sarcasm starts* oh-so-hilarious characters *sarcasm ends*. His "mate" Alex or something.

You are quite right, it was Jim Davidson. By the looks of things he released a Live performance video of the same catchphrase

Well that was a disapointment I almost wished it was Roland Rat. ;-)

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah Rat fans!!!!
I think you're wrong ... I believe it was Mike Reid when he used to do his stand-up act
Backtrack on that - I think it was JD after all !
