dont have to diet just eat healthily, you can diet afterwards if need be......... :)
i agree just eat healthly and do the exercises suitable 4 pregnancy
I got kicked out of class when i was pregnant lol
Slimming World is suitable for pregnancy, but again they wont weigh you - best to just eat a super healthy diet, i did and didn't put on anything!
Its since having Emmy that i have put on my weight :-D
You will notice some weight loss even if you diet so best stick to the healthy foods, semi skimmed milk, not too much dairy products, no runny eggs.

Dairy is actually important for calcium and you can have runny eggs as long as they are lion marked as they have been vaccinated against salmonella :)
Wait...........I can have runny eggs???? Egg sandwiches for tea! lol

Ive had to pretty much cut out all dairy products as I have found this has been a major trigger in my sickness. I can have milk in my tea and the odd bit of cheese, but thats about it :(

netty if you have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, eating little and often plus doing gentle excercises such as swimming, you should only put on natural baby weight during your pregnancy. I agrre that you should skip the dieting for now.
Runny eggs? I thought they were banned! Oh, I am so excited. Boiled egg and soldiers....mmmm I was only dreaming of them last night. Can't wait til I get home......
I agree with Psychick, if you eat healthily and exercise throughout the pregnancy you shouldn't put on any more weight than is necessary.

If it is any consolation I am not a small girl even though I eat healthily and exercise regularly, the women in my family are big and I thought I would put on masses of weight really quickly, but as yet, touch wood, I haven't put any weight on and I am 11weeks along (I know there is still plenty of time for me to transform to biffa-woman).

Eat what feels right, don't deny yourself anything you want as it is not just you who is being deprived but your little one is too! Well that's what I keep telling myself.

Enjoy your pregnancy and use it as an excuse to be good to your body x
I saw my pregnancy as a way of changing my eating habits and I did for the most of it until i was put on bed rest - i felt great for most of it and we eat really well now and my nearly 1 year old eats anything!
