Anyone out there make their own kebabs?
Mincing lamb mixing it with spices and slicing it off the lump.
Surely someones tried it?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You need to blitz onions and spices and herbs with the mince in a food processor or blender then shape it into sausage shapes around wooden kebab sticks (skewers) and grill - don't get too lean mince, it needs to have some fat and you can use beef or lamb. You need to soak the skewers in water for about 20 mins before using.
