If you look on the Daily Mail's website now (I can't post a link, it's not working) it says that a very respectable French paper has confirmed that she died from an overdose, according to the bodily fluids found in the car. How awful is that??

I also blame the McCanns, for, as you say I judge by my own standards, and would never, ever leave any child unattended, and only left my daughter with a friend and phone for 3hrs when she was 14! Never read such a load of garbage netibzia, so the McCanns went on a family holiday and decided to kill their daughter, for what, a few hours more down the pub with a group of friends. Did it really take them to go abroad to murder their child, I mean c'mon they are both doctors, surely if they wanted to kill their child they would have done it at home, they had all the drugs they needed to at hand.

Well they had a nanny at home, and anyway if they did do it, I'm sure it was accidental! The portuguese police don't want to make a mistake, this has been very clearly outlined by the heads in Lisbon. We don't want another Guildford 6 or whatever, which seems to happens quite a lot in England!

Legend 758 your remarks are completely out of order. Where is your proof that the children were left alone for hours? Did you hear a child crying in the night ? No one else did. You are confusing fiction with fact. Animals act more from instinct than reasoning (think about it) So far as we know the McCanns are guilty of being lulled into a false sense of security. Lots of people are. They thought it would be safe to leave the children with periodic checks.They made a mistake, they were wrong and they will never forgive themselves for it. Lots of people do it and get away with it , the McCanns did not. It does not mean that they deserved what happened. Why do you say that Gerry McCann is a cold fish? Is it because he shed his tears in private,? Is it because he was able to speak to the media without breaking down? All you or I know is what we have seen in the papers or on tv, and we know most of that is rumour not fact. Most of it is ludicrous and you are soaking it all up.
