Am I pregnant?

My period is due today and nothing! I have sore chest, Ive started feeling a bit queasy the past couple of days - nothing too much but sickie like. Yesterday couldnt stop going to the toilet -not so bad today though. I took a test this morning and it said negative. Im sure this is all in my mind - imagining all these symptoms!! Im just sooo praying I am pregnant though.

Do you think Im going mad?!?!?

it can take a week before a positive result can show.

Is there a possibility you could be pregnant?

have you tried using a first response test?

Keep testing every few days until you get either a positive of your period

My daughter (who is now 26 weeks pregnant,)in the very early stages of her pregnancy did a test that came back negative,she mainly did the test as the same afternoon she was doing a bungee jump so wanted to know if she had to cancel,obviously as the test was negative she did the jump.....it turns out she was actually 6 weeks pregnant!!! The following weekend she was at Alton Towers on all the big scary rides still oblivious to the fact she was preggers.lol. It took 3 tests for her to get the positive result.
You could be pregnant but all those symptoms are also the ones you get before a period so the only way to find out really is to wait and see. Good luck to you.

I tried another test last night and still negative.

I am trying to get pregnant - not using any contraceptives and around the right time of the month.

Will see how it goes and fingers crossed !!!

Obviously, being a guy, I know nothing about the inner workings of the female body and mainly think about cars and s*x all day but here are my observations.

You seem to be having the self-same symptoms that my girlfriend had and she is 11 weeks pregnant now.

No period - Well, the time of the month where I normally have to go without seemed to be taking longer to arrive. No complaint from me. :).

Sore Chest - Wasn't allowed to go near them at all!!!

Sickie feeling - Not actually throwing up but would definitely feel queasy without explanation.

She also felt tired all the time too.

Keep trying those tests, am sure you will get the news you want very soon.

You could be, especially if your periods are normally regular so you might want to wait a few days and test again. The sore boobs can be a sign but obviously a lot of women have that at there period too. My boobs feel like they would during my period and I'm 8 weeks pregnant. A few women get sickness very early on but I think most tend to get it at roughly about 6 weeks when the hormones have taken hold more and it's unlikely you'd be needing to wee more just yet because that normally doesn't start will a little later either but I guess even so you might have it all early.

Before I was pregnant I always used to read into signs like that and think I was. Then when I actually found out I was, I felt perfectly normal and like my period was due. The only difference was I felt much more dizzy and tired that usual.

Bad news - period came last night.
Very disappointed but suppose I can try again this month.
