Not sure, but it can be narrowed down. The "bastide" or fortification was used as a prison in the early part of the 18th century. This puts it under the reign of either Louis XIV (The Great) or - after 1715 - Louis XV (The Well-Liked, no, seriously - The Well-Liked)
