idle valve

im just wondering if anybody knows if there is an adjustment for my car to put up the idle .its currently running at around 750 revs, shouldnt it be between 900 and 1000. By the way my car is a 2001 51 renault scenic 1.6 16v

No there isn't, it will be a fault in one of the sensors, try and find out which one hear...

should b a idle control valve that will need replacing or cleaned. not sure were they are loacted on a renauklt though sorry
