I'm more of a reader of AB love the banter in all topics. But can't help feeling that some people are a bit put out by this new Chatterbank topic. Reading other links below it seems that if you werent here in 2005 you feel like an outsider. Well I have to say, I've not been around for long and never felt that in any topic. I find the people in all topics on AB very friendly.
Great topic and if people can have a banter, well I'm all for that.
These things go in cycles and there must be a few current members wondering what on earth has happened. It is rather nice to see so many old faces again, and so far - fingers crossed - it has been very well-behaved. No discernible content, but that is not the intention :)
It will all level out, assuming that it lasts beyond the probationary week !
I've only been here a year and sometimes think the older posters, (well not old, but longer service), actually know each other, neighbours even, so I know what you mean.
i really cant see the problem! yeh ok i wasnt about wen CB was ere the fiirst time but if you dont like wat you see rthen nobody is forcing you to have a goosey are they.
if you can hack the heat an all that.
BTW this post is not directed at anybody just a general comment ;~)
I'm happy that it's returned, I just hope that it'll stay as trouble (ish) free as it has so far. And despite maybe annoying the newer members I AM glad that some of the older regulars have returned. Despite us all being faceless, you do make friendships of sorts on here and it's nice to interact with them again.
I see them as being no more cliquey than the flirting, YouTube "parties" and holiday snapshots that have been on B&S lately.
