1. Deliberate lies giving false crucial evidence under oath in the Amended Defence, Defence witness statements and oral evidence, which mislead the judge into believing them and deciding the case on the basis of those deliberate lies, is that Fraud or Not?

2. When the Defendants withdraw the false evidence which won them the decision in county court - and on which they successfully relied on to thwart my application to appeal - and instead insert new evidence in support of their opposition to my ancillary Application to Reopen?

when giving evidence under oath the onus is on the sol barister to cross examine judge arnt supid and if un certaian proberbly ask questions them self if you are a good liar then that is certainly testing when your under oath in a witness box with questions being fied at you lliars have to remember their lies
