How do I set up a home network. I have NTL broadband connected via Ethernet. I also have an Ethernet hub and would like to connect my Laptop and Desktop to the Internet at the same time. I can connet to both separately via the hub, but have to re set the Modem each time I want to switch between the two. Any ideas how to get them both connected at the same time?

1) Get a router rather than a hub or 2) Use internet connection sharing on one of the computers (which will have to be on all the time for the other computer to connect to the internet).
