Anyone remember this tv comedy?
3 Answers
Late eighties or early nineties on BBC2.
The main character was a writer / comedian and used the Seinfeld format of performing his stand up act at the beginning and end of the episode to illustrate the the plot.
Basically a North London guy rather full of himself and yet to take responsibility for his life who was going through an amicable divorce. Apart from his, soon to be ex, the other main characters were another couple with whom they were friends.
The lead character was also the writer of the show and was a name on the stand up circuit.
Nick revell keeps coming into my head but I can't find anything to suggest it was him!
Any Ideas?
Many thanks
