Has anyone tried any products that have really worked.
Dead Sea Mud products
Dermalogica
Tea Tree
Oil Free make up products
I really need some advice as my sisters confidence has fallen through the floor.
She has seen her GP and is using an acne cream but this really dries her skin and cannot be used all over the face to prevent future out-breaks it just treat the problem when it arises. She is on the pill which has helped to an extent and she cannot take any tablets due to a stomach problem.
Any advice on products would be appreciated.

Tell her to ask her doctor if they will change the brand of her pill to Dianette.It is the same as the normal contraceptive pill in most ways but it is also used to treat acne.It does work! I used it for years and it was the only thing I ever tried that did the job.It may take a couple of months to show a significant result(it only took 2 weeks for me)so tell her not to be upset if she doesn't notice the difference immediately.
