go into your profile on AB and click on the browse thing next to upload image,browse to where the picture is kept on your PC and then click submit.The picture has to be below 10kb in size and I think it has to be a particular format.

Thanks.. just found it. Got distracted by another job. Still only 45 mins til home time. Just gotta find a nice picture to put on. A suitable one I should say.
